JNS Partners is led by Jonathan Nichols, MBA, an owner's representative, construction manager, and broker whose career spans both sides of the table. He came up on the builder's side — from estimating and preconstruction to Project Executive — before spending more than a decade guiding complex capital projects on behalf of institutional owners, from acquisitions and due diligence through design, procurement, construction, and occupancy.
Having managed projects across office, mixed-use, healthcare, infrastructure, and corporate tenant improvements — with individual construction budgets up to $140 million — Jonathan pairs a builder's command of how work actually gets done with the commercial real estate perspective of an owner's representative. Clients work directly with the principal from start to finish.
